Origins of Brooklyn Brewery

Draught beer by nature is the best product a brewer can offer its customers. Because draught beer is NOT pasteurized it gives you the freshest, cleanest tasting beer available, which are the hallmarks of a great beer. Pasteurization extends the shelf life to suit the needs of bottles & cans. Draught beer yields higher profit margins. In order to maximize both, you must also exert care & maintenance in dispensing this quality product.

Since brewers keep innovating, and definitions keep evolving, this is just an introductory guide to get you familiar with the many styles of beer.
Many great meals depend enormously on many different factors. Environment, company, personal palette, what you’re drinking, and what you’re eating can all contribute to an enjoyable experience. The following is a very basic guideline that you can use as a springboard to explore how the many different styles of beer can be successfully paired with your next meal.
“Delta-9” is shorthand for Delta-9-tetrahydrocannainol. Tetrahydrocannabinol, or “THC” is one of many forms of THC found in cannabis plant. It is responsible for the intoxicating effects of products derived from the same.
According to the 2018 Farm Bill passed by the US Congress, a “cannabis sativa” plant, which naturally contains Delta-9 THC, is now considered “hemp” so long as it doesn’t exceed 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.
