Rob Puri has built a remarkable career in sales and marketing, marked by a steady progression through various key roles in the industry. With a keen eye for detail and passion for the beverage distribution industry, marked by a steady rise through the ranks over nearly two decades. His professional journey began in 2004 when he entered the organization as a Merchandiser. Driven by an innate ability to connect with customers, Robert quickly transitioned into a Sales Representative position, where his talents for negotiation and relationship-building began to shine. Over the years, Robert advanced to increasingly senior roles, including Region Manager and Brand Manager, showcasing his strategic thinking and leadership capabilities; as well as serving on the Samuel Adams Distributor Council in 2021. His dedication and expertise eventually led him to the role of Sales Director, where he played a pivotal part in driving sales performance and company growth. In recognition of his exceptional contributions to the organization, Robert was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Sales, and in 2024, he proudly assumed the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. His academic background in Business Marketing, which he pursued at Penn State University, provided him with a solid foundation in marketing principles and strategies.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys outdoor activities with his wife Melissa and their three boys, Avery, Ethan, and Logan.
