Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum is produced at Club Caribe Distillery in the mountains in Cidra, Puerto Rico. Distilled 4x by Master Distiller and Rum Blender, Felix Mateo. Felix has a robust history working for 30 years producing rums for Bacardi where he learned from the masters of rum. The water that is used comes from a volcanic aquifer that gives the rum its great smooth taste. Aged a minimum of 1 year in Ex Bourbon casks with a premium blend of cane molasses sourced worldwide.
